Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times:
Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your provided address. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times:
United States: 7–10 business days. International: 10–15 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location. During peak periods or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control. For international shipments, customs processing may also cause unexpected delays, which can extend the delivery timeframe.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:

Incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays or order cancellation. If our system detects an issue with your address, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days of your order. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Puriva is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We understand that lost or stolen packages can be frustrating. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@buypuriva.com and we will do our best to assist you. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, as most carriers have procedures in place for such cases. While Puriva is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will assist you in resolving the issue and may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
